Jeff Billig and Peggi Mintz of United Bank and Trust present the bank’s donation to Nancy Rosso, Livingston County United Way
In celebration of a merger between United Bancorp and Old National Bancorp, the Livingston County United Way received a financial boost to support important local human service initiatives.
United Bank & Trust of Brighton and Old National Bancorp made the $5,000 donation to the local United Way office underscoring its commitment to local solutions.
“United Bank & Trust has been a leading business partner to United Way for years and we value their support of our efforts to address Livingston County’s most critical needs,” said Nancy Rosso, executive director of the Livingston County United Way. “Because of our collaborations with local agencies and nonprofits, we can leverage donations like this one from United and Old National to double the impact.”
The Livingston County United Way serves the community’s needs through partnerships such as 2-1-1, the Hunger Council, Great Start Livingston, Livingston Promise, Volunteer Livingston, and many more programs.
“Our cultures, core values, strategies and ‘Solutions Together’ approaches align very well, and we are both committed to every community we serve,” said United President Todd Clark. “We are convinced this partnership will greatly benefit our shareholders, co-workers, clients and communities over the long run and look forward to joining the tremendous team of dedicated professionals at Old National.”
