Be sure to attend debut of Business Friendly Howell action plan
The Business Friendly Howell action plan will be unveiled 8-9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, at the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce. All businesses are invited to attend
The initiative began in April 2012, led by the Community Development Committee of the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce with cooperation and support from the City of Howell and the Howell Downtown Development Authority.
Over 50 City of Howell business people, representing small one- and two-person businesses to the city’s largest employers, gave their insights. A neutral facilitator, with no city or chamber representation, gathered the information used to develop the action plan.
The meeting will include presentations by Shea Charles, Howell city manager, and Glynis McBain, chairman of the chamber’s Community Development Committee, will give an overview of the process and the action steps. A continental breakfast will be served.
To RSVP, call the Howell chamber at 517.546.3920 or email the chamber by clicking here.
