The Michigan Challenge Balloonfest is a mix of fan favorites and new family adventures. Look for new attractions this year including:

Strike up a tune or play a solo at the Ann Arbor Symphony’s Instrument Petting Zoo on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. Sponsored by Comerica.

Looking to turn up your body? Engage in fun fitness assessments by health care providers on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sponsored by Saint Joseph Mercy Livingston Hospital.

Ready to listen to great music? Rule 76 performs on the main stage Saturday night after the evening balloon launch.  Finalists in the Livingston Sensation singing contest perform on the main stage at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Explore your artistic talents and take home an original painting. Instructors from Paint and Pour will lead you through the creative process. Balloonfest guests can view the paintings offered at the event and register at the links below:

Hungry after a day of fun? Enjoy product sampling from Stubbs BBQ, or purchase a meal or snack in the Highlander Food Court or from local non-profit food vendors in the Landing Zone.
