A grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Financial Plus Credit Union’s Howell branch, 5990 E. Grand River Ave., just east of the Latson Road interchange, is set for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15. The grand opening will include a formal ribbon cutting, money machine grab, prizes, live entertainment, food from Jonna’s Market, a fall theme dessert buffet, and more. This event is open to all Financial Plus Credit Union members, local businesses, city officials, chambers of commerce, and the public.
“We are ecstatic about expanding into Livingston County,” said Olga Long, senior vice president of Financial Plus Credit Union. “To share the excitement, we’re holding a formal ribbon cutting and grand opening. We currently have a large membership in Livingston County, and opening a full service branch helps us better serve our current members, as well as new members.”
The new Financial Plus Howell Branch is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The branch is a full-service financial institution offering free checking and savings accounts, a wide variety of loans, mortgages, and much more. Commercial and mortgage loan appointments are available weekly during normal business hours, as well as weekend and evening appointments upon request.
