Good Morning Livingston’s lineup expands, so we’re moving to a new date for special lunch program

 GMLpolsThe special session is set for 11:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at Crystal Gardens – Livingston, 5768 E. Grand River Ave in Howell. The cost is $20 for members with reservations; $25 at the door; and $30 for future and non-members.
In what is shaping up to be a memorable program, the November Good Morning Livingston is skipping breakfast, instead serving lunch on a new date to accommodate the schedules of our local leaders. Livingston County’s state reps –

Bill Rogers and Cindy Denby – will be joined by Carol Griffith, chair of the Livingston County Board of Commissioners, to talk about the hot political topics that directly affect the community.

Road funding, the county budget, elimination of the personal property tax, and the state and county business environments are among the topics set for discussion.

The session will be moderated by Rich Perlberg, retired publisher of the Livingston County Daily Press & Argus, and questions will include some fashioned from those submitted by chamber members.
