Howell native Tarara makes “30 in Their 30s” business list
Courtney Tarara of Howell made the DBusiness Magazine’s “30 in Their 30s” list of business movers and shakers in southeast Michigan. She was nominated for her work on the Heart of Howell project in downtown Howell, and she was chosen for the list of 30 people from over 400 nominees. You can find Tarara’s feature on the list by clicking here.
Tarara is a Howell native who moved back three years ago to get involved in the family business in Livonia. She’s since fallen in love with renovations, downtown Howell and coworking. She’s secretary of the Howell Downtown Development Authority Board and chairperson of its design committee. In addition to the Heart of Howell project, she co-owns several other buildings with her father, Joe Parker, that they are renovating. She is also one of the owners of the Frontal Lobe Coworking facility in downtown Howell. And this year she is chairing the LaBelle Invitational Golf Tournament committee at Lakelands Golf & Country Club.
