Rocking the Red Kettles with local Realtors!
Last Friday, December 3rd, our very own Livingston County realtors associations local realtors Rocked The Salvation Army Red Kettles!
Friday December 3rd marked the 6th year of National Realtor Ring Day. The event gives real estate professionals an opportunity to support a cause that is dear to them: housing. Kettle donations also fund additional Salvation Army programs such as food, energy assistance and youth activities. With help from Pam Leach, Executive Vice President of LCRA (Livingston County Realtors Association), this year the realtors association really stepped up their game and manned 34 of the 46 kettle shifts all day long!
Throughout the day realtors shared their #RedKettleReason with Development Director April Dertian via facebook live videos and pictures.

The massive effort of the Realtors helped raise $4,376.50, 75% of the total for the day!
To date, December 6th, The Salvation Army has raised $152668.62 which is 40% of their overall goal of $380,000. With only 3 1/2 weeks remaining for bell ringing The Salvation Army is asking the community to help reach our goal.
