Salvation Army of Livingston County challenges community to Random Act of Goodness
The Salvation Army of Livingston County is gearing up for the 9th Annual Doing the Most Good Week, May 10-18, 2014. The annual observance is designed to encourage do-gooders of all ages to do something positive for their neighbors and their community. Individuals and groups are encouraged to demonstrate through actions, donations and social media their efforts in doing good unto others. If we all do one good deed that turns into millions of good deeds, think about the great impact it would have on our community.
The Salvation Army of Livingston County is encouraging the community to do its part to make the world a better place to live and work. We challenge do-gooders of all ages to do something positive for their friends and neighbors.
The Random Acts of Goodness Challenge began Saturday, May 10, and ends Sunday, May 18.
The Salvation Army is challenging residents to sork in groups of two or more to go out into the community and complete a Random Act of Goodness while using a smart phone to video or photograph the experience to share on social media.
