What are you tolerating and how does it affect productivity?
October’s Lunch & Learn program, presented by Jill Haas from Infinite Happyness, will focus on supporting your productivity. The program is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, at the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce, 123 E. Washington St. in downtown Howell.
Ask yourself these questions:
Are you powering through your day or forcing yourself through?
Do you feel like you’re on a hamster wheel?
Are you exhausted by what you do, while maintaining passion to continue?
Are you getting the results you desire?
If you answered NO to all of these, congratulations, you may be a master of your environment!
If you answered YES to any of these, you could be dealing with tolerations that are draining your energy and sabotaging your success.
The good news is, you can remove these tolerations!
In this enlightening & interactive talk you will discover:
– What is a toleration?
– Three personal tolerations via a guided visualization to coax out the not-so-obvious
– Who are you becoming?
– Choose/Create a Power Pattern
– Zap one Toleration
– How to design your environment to support vs. sabotage you
