Leadership Livingston is an annual leadership development experience that runs from October through May, focused on cultivating civic-minded leaders throughout the Greater Livingston region. The program equips participants with a deeper understanding of the institutions, sectors, and systems that shape the community’s quality of life. Through a broad range of leadership topics, participants enhance both their personal and professional skills. The program delivers lasting value not only to the individuals involved, but also to their employers and the broader community.
The Livingston Leadership LevelUp experience is designed to accelerate leaders for the practice of durable skills in leadership, critical thinking, adaptability, and lifelong success. The focus is on practical application and meaningful values to one’s true identity and strengths as a leader. These workshops are anchored in
the DiSC® Work of Leaders framework, aligned to each person’s leadership identity and vision, and supported with personalized reflection and coaching. The six-week LevelUp workshops are designed using a variety of modalities, including in-person facilitation, self-paced learning modules and resources, 1:1 coaching, and public performance.
